The Delta Studio Stomp is an artist run annual studio tour event. It is a fantastic way to meet the art lovers in your area and share your passion for your work with them. In addition for the opportunity to sell your work the Stomp is a great way to connect in person with possible new collectors, build your mailing list, share your process and talk about your art with an engaged & supportive audience.
This years tour is taking place the weekend of September 19 & 20 and coincidences with the opening weekend of Culture Days which are being launched provincially in Delta this year! It is going to be a fantastic opportunity to raise the visibility of the arts in our communities!
Eligibility
Open Studio Locations
- Have a studio located in the Delta Communities of Ladner, North Delta or Tsawwassen that you can open up to the public for the weekend
- Have a artist friend with a studio in North or South Delta who wants to share their space with you for the stomp
- Are a non-profit creative organization or club with a physical space located in Delta
Hub Locations ā Tsawwassen Art Centre and the North Delta Centre for the Arts
Don’t have a studio space but you still want to participate? No problem. The Stomp provides hub locations for artists who do not have studios they can open up to the general public. These locations work much like art markets where you can show and sell your work as well as hold in person demos.
To be eligible for a hub location you just need to be a working artist living in the Greater Vancouver Area.
Artist Responsibilities
In order for the Stomp to be successful for both the stomp and participating artists we need your help to support, promote and organize the event.
Acceptance into the Stomp requires agreement with the following terms:
- Be present in your studio or at your assigned hub location on Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 4

- Be responsible for your own sales (we recommend square)
- Have insurance (if you don’t have one, some of our artists use Duuo)
- Donate 5% of your sales to the Delta Hospital Foundation
