Perpetual Floras set ourselves apart from traditional arrangement. Each piece is designed to evoke emotions, materials are sourced locally or from wholesalers focused on unique floral types, textures and colours. All of our designs are on of a kind.

Biography

Sister designers, Wendy & Shares Fraser are self taught and home based floral designers. They joined the North Delta Artisan and Gift Market five years ago, starting off with faux and silk arrangements for family and friends. As others began to see their arrangements their business grew and they are now selling their arrangements on the North Shore as well as in Delta.
